Custom AI agents
Interpret a request, use approved tools, and prepare or complete a defined action.
Custom AI + software
We design software around the work, decisions, and controls that make a business distinct. That may mean an AI agent using approved tools, an operational platform replacing disconnected steps, or a private system that turns complex information into a clear next action.
Systems
System forms
01These capabilities often share one system. The useful combination depends on the work, the information it needs, and the actions people are prepared to trust.
Interpret a request, use approved tools, and prepare or complete a defined action.
Coordinate model judgment and software steps across a bounded sequence of work.
Move information, approvals, and follow-up through one visible process.
Give staff one system for the records, decisions, and actions that drive daily work.
Create a clear place for each audience to provide information, see status, and take the next action.
Answer questions from approved information with citations and permission-aware access.
Handle defined call tasks and transfer when a person should take over.
Extract, review, and route information from forms, agreements, reports, and other business documents.
Keep availability, qualification, proposals, agreements, and payment status connected.
Combine source data into structured reports and clear choices for staff.
Connect AI and software to approved tools without widening access beyond the job.
When custom fits
02A custom system is worth considering when important work crosses too many disconnected tools or when ordinary automation cannot account for the judgment, permissions, and exceptions involved.
Control
Define what the system may read, prepare, change, or request.
Keep people in the decisions that carry financial, customer, or operational weight.
Apply role and record boundaries before information reaches a model or user.
Show the information behind answers that need to be checked.
Return predictable records that applications and staff can use reliably.
Record requests, actions, approvals, outcomes, and failures.
Test representative cases for quality, tool choice, instruction following, and refusal.
Restrict unsupported content and actions before they reach a consequential step.
Define clear recovery when a source, model, or connected tool is unavailable.
Let an authorized person stop, correct, retry, or complete the work.
Make operating tradeoffs visible as the system is refined.
Method
Map the work, decisions, source information, constraints, and exceptions before choosing the technical shape.
Define the product experience, system boundaries, data model, approvals, and evidence the system must preserve.
Deliver the smallest useful system, connect approved tools, and test the difficult paths alongside normal use.
Review real operation, evaluate AI behavior, improve weak steps, and keep staff controls current.
Selected work / Live system
Special Sips runs private events. We built the connected system behind it: one record that carries every booking from first inquiry through proposal, payment, planning, and the staff who deliver the day.
The first engagement
Custom work should be quoted once it is understood, not before. So the first engagement is a bounded discovery and first-release design at a fixed price. You commit to a small, defined piece of work before deciding anything about a build.
Workflow discovery and first-release design
$500Fixed price
Credited in full toward the build if you decide to proceed.
What you receive
Build engagements are quoted from the discovery. Scope, integrations, and review requirements vary too much between businesses for a list price to be honest, and a number invented before the work is understood helps nobody. Continuing refinement and support is available as a monthly retainer.
If discovery shows that an existing product solves your problem, or that the work does not justify a custom build, we will say so and you will keep the map either way.
