Client data
Clients control their source data and provide only the files needed for agreed work. We do not request platform credentials or payment-card data, combine identifiable client records, or send client data to an AI provider without separate authorization.
Sharing and retention
We use limited providers for hosting, security, communication, and professional support. Retention is set by the engagement; qualifying client data is scheduled for deletion within thirty days after termination unless law requires otherwise.
Security
Direct identifiers are encrypted, access is role-limited, support access is time-bound, and accountable actions are audited. No system can promise absolute security.
